Not at all! Rachel's classes welcome everyone from complete beginners to experienced dancers. Beginner-friendly sessions teach you the basic steps and build your confidence at a comfortable pace.
Wear comfortable shoes with a smooth sole — leather-soled shoes, proper dance shoes, or clean trainers all work well. Avoid rubber soles as they grip too much. Wear something comfortable to move in.
No partner needed! Everyone dances individually but in sync with the group. It's a brilliant way to meet new people without the pressure of partner coordination. People often arrive alone and leave with a whole new group of friends.
Drop-in is £6 per class — pay as you go, no commitment. If you're coming regularly, the £100/month unlimited pass gives you every class across every location and is the best value for serious dancers.
Absolutely. Rachel runs hen parties, birthday celebrations, corporate team building, wedding entertainment and one-off private events. Everything is tailored to your group and venue. Get in touch for a quote.
For weekly classes you can simply turn up — pay £6 on the door. For private events, big nights out and ticketed events, use the contact form or book directly through TicketSource where linked.
